Calcium 1.3 mg, Magnesium 2.9 mg, Sodium 28 mg, Potassium 1.3 mg. Other ingredients: Natural spring water, cold micro-filtered natural seawater.
Directions
1 Sachet daily, 15-30 minutes before a meal. Additional sachets (up to 3) can be consumed in divided doses prior to meals and bedtime. Store in a cool dry place. Do not exceed suggested dosage.
