Our goal is your complete satisfaction in every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, please read the following return and refund policy carefully.
1. Return Policy for Products
Because we offer health products and nutritional supplements, the safety and health of our customers is a priority.
For quality and consumer protection reasons, we accept returns only under specific conditions.
We accept returns if:
- You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product
- The product is sealed, unused, and in its original packaging.
- The refund request is processed within 30 days from the receipt
Returns are not accepted for:
- Open or used add-ons
- Products without original packaging or receipt
- Products that are listed as “Final Sale” or “Non-refundable”
2. Return Process
To start a return:
- Send email to support@nutricity.cy
- Enter your order number
- Describe the reason for return
- Attach a product photo (if required)
Our team will review the request and, if approved, will send you return instructions.
After receiving and checking the product, we will proceed with a refund or replacement.
Important information:
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the error is our fault.
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days through the initial payment method
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 48 hours from the delivery
- Photos may be requested for verification
After verification, we will send you a refund or a return of funds.
4. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled only before sending
- After shipment, cancellation is not possible.
Please contact us immediately if you would like to make a change or cancel.
