Order Processing (Handling Time)

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (Exclusions apply to weekends and holidays).

As soon as your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking details.

Shipping Time (Transit Time)

Delivery time varies depending on your location.

The estimated delivery time is 4–20 working days.

Please note:

There may be delays due to customs procedures, shipping companies, or periods of increased demand.

Shipping Area

We ship throughout all of Cyprus as well as to selected international destinations. Availability and delivery times are displayed upon completing the purchase.

Order Tracking

After you submit your order, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track the shipment in real time.

Customs, Taxes & Duties

All prices on nutricity.cy include applicable taxes and import duties where required. In most cases, there will be no additional charges upon delivery.

Damaged, Lost or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged, lost in transit, or incomplete, we are here to help:

Damaged products: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
Lost packages: If tracking does not show updates or the package is not delivered within the expected time, please contact our support.
Incomplete products: Report any missing products within 48 hours of receiving the order.

After confirmation, we will offer replacement or reshipment at no extra cost.
