In the Nutricity, we make every effort so that orders are processed and shipped immediately for timely delivery. Please read the following cancellation policy carefully.

⏳Cancellation Time Limit

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours from the completion of the purchase.

To request a cancellation:

As long as the cancellation request is made within 24 hours and before the order is shipped, a refund will be processed full money refund through the initial payment method.

📦 Cancellation after 24 hours

After the completion of 24 hours:

Orders are usually already processed or prepared for shipment
Cancellation may not be possible

In this case, you can:

Decline receipt upon delivery

Once the package is returned to us in its original condition, a refund will be processed. only for the product valueexcluding shipping costs.

ℹ️ Important Information

Refunds of money are only made to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are not refunded for cancellations after 24 hours or for refused deliveries.
If the product is returned damaged or incomplete, a restocking fee may be charged.
