Directions
Take by mouth, 1 capsule per 50 lbs. body weight ½ hour before exercise. Weight 50-100 lbs, 2 capsules. 100-150 lbs, 3 caps. 150-200 lbs, 4 caps. 200-250 lbs, 5 caps. For sustained sports or events, repeat same dose every 2 hours. Do not exceed 12 capsules per day.
