Directions
Chew and slowly dissolve 2-4 tablets first thing in the mornings on an empty stomach for best results. Avoid taking NADH + CoQ10 with meals, as it is better absorbed when the body is in a low energy state. NADH + CoQ10 will not work the same for everyone, some folks may need to start with a higher dose, up to 8 tablets daily, before working their way back down to 2 – 4. The Panmol NADH is microencapsulated and acid protected, so the tablets can be swallowed or chewed, and remain effective.
