Directions
Sunflower Liposomal Vitamin C can be taken with or without food. The dose is 5 ml or about 3/4 of a teaspoon and contains 1000 mg of Vitamin C. The Sunflower flavor is thicker in consistency and less sweet than the Original flavor, but the liposomes are equivalent and the dose is identical otherwise.
