Creams are also preferred over oral administration since the cream bypasses major stomach organs thus minimizing gastric degradation.

Directions
Start by applying ¼ teaspoon / 1.2 ml of the cream daily, which equates to about 50 mg for the first 2 weeks; then apply ½ teaspoon / 2.4 ml of cream daily, which equates to about 100 mg. daily. Once you have used the cream for 2 months or so, you should go for a hormone test to evaluate your estrogen levels and if there is no change then you can increase the amount. Maximum suggested use is 1 teaspoon / 4.8 ml which equals about 200 mg daily .
