Directions
Adults Only: 1/2 teaspoon after each meal and before retiring, or as recommended by a health care practitioner. Shake well before use. As a Tea: Pour 1/2 teaspoon into a coffee cup then add hot or freshly boiled water. Or heat your cup of water in the microwave then add 1/2 teaspoon and mix.
