Directions
Best to use early in the day. If used too late in the day, it may prevent a restful night’s sleep. Rub across the lower back, over the site of the adrenal glands that are just above the kidneys. Also, rub on temples, wrists, backs of knees, or wherever you can see blue veins near the surface of the skin.
