It contains TRAACS Magnesium Bisglycinate Chelate, magnesium bisglycinate, magnesium citrate, and magnesium malate as Albion Dimagnesium Malate capsules, also known as glicinato de magnesio and malato de magnesio. These forms are gentle on digestion and highly bioavailable. This chelated magnesium formula also includes Sensoril ashwagandha, zinc, and p5p vitamin b6 (active B6) to support sleep, occasional anxiety, and stress management. It provides functional support without melatonin. AlgaeCal Bone Builder Pack includes everything you need to increase your bone mineral density. Each pack includes our signature AlgaeCal Plus calcium supplement along with Strontium Boost for added bone strength. AlgaeCal Plus supplies all 13 essential bone supporting minerals: calcium, magnesium citrate, boron, copper, manganese, silicon, nickel, selenium, phosphorus, potassium, vanadium, zinc and strontium. We also added additional vitamin D3, vitamin K2 for improved absorption.
