Directions
Add 1 scoop (5.59 g) to 12–14 fl oz (360–420 ml) of water, mix well, and drink immediately, 30 minutes to 1 hour before your meal. Drink an additional glass of water. You may use it up to 2 times a day. Do not take ColonBroom less than 2 hours before bedtime. First-time users may experience some changes in bowel movement or feel bloated for the first few days while the body adjusts to the increased fiber intake. Start with 1 serving per day for a week, then increase to 2 servings per day. For best results, use the product 2 times per day and stay consistent. Notice: ColonBroom should be consumed with at least one full glass of liquid. Taking psyllium husk without enough liquid may cause choking. Do not use this product if you have difficulty swallowing.
