Directions
Take one (1) or more capsules, morning and evening, with a 10 oz. glass of water. If you find yourself not going enough or going too much, then continue to increase or decrease by one capsule until you get the desired number of bowel movements each day. Find what works for your body. Always do the higher amount at night. Make sure to drink plenty of water during the day - at least 9-12 glasses of pure water will help results.
