Directions
Strawberry Naked Mass is recommended as a between meal or before bed supplement to easily add protein and calories to any diet. Add four rounded scoops of Naked Mass to a blender filled with 24 oz of milk or your favorite beverage. Blend for 45-60 seconds. Add a few ice cubes and any other calorie or protein-contributing ingredients to make the ultimate Naked Mass Shake, then blend for an additional 30-45 seconds.
