Warm note: The zipper of the weighted eye mask has metal material and can not be heated in the microwave oven. Only the weighted pad inside can be heated, make sure the jacket is removed before putting it in the microwave. Please read the product manual for more instructions.

1. Remove the weighted pad from the eye mask and heat it in a microwave for warm therapy or place the glass bead bag in the freezer for cold compress. 2. Ensure the jacket is removed before putting the weighted pad in the microwave. 3. Use the eye mask as a normal eye mask without the beads bag. 4. For warm therapy, apply the heated weighted pad to the eyes. 5. For cold compress, place the chilled glass bead bag on the eyes. 6. Follow the product manual for more detailed instructions.
