Dietary Fiber, Sodium (from Pink Himalayan Sea Salt), Psyllium Seed Husk Powder, Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxine HCI), Iron, Vitamin B12 (as Cyanocobalamin), Chromium (as Chromium Picolinate), L-Carnitine Tartrate, Capsimax Cayenne Fruit Extract. Other ingredients: Silicon Dioxide, Fruit and Vegetable Juice Powder (color), Citric Acid, Natural Flavors, Rebaudioside A (From Stevia Leaf Extract), Organic Rice Hulls Concentrate (Nu-FLOW), Annatto Seed Extract (color).
Directions
Add 1 scoop of powder (0.2 oz/ 5.7 g) to 12-14 fl. oz (360-420 ml) water. Mix well, and drink up! Drink an additional glass of water. Use to 2 times daily 30 to 60 minutes before your meal. If you’re new to using ColonBroom, for the first 5 days start with 1 serving per day and after that, increase intake to 2 times per day. It could take a couple of days to get used to the increased fiber intake and may experience some bloating. For the best results, you should take ColonBroom for 2-3 months.
