Take 2 capsules (once to twice daily) or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. ***DETOX: For people who are extremely sensitive or new to taking methylated vitamins, we recommend gradually increasing the amount you are taking so your body can adapt to them. A small percentage of customers can experience a temporary detoxification / Herxheimer (die-off) response. Symptoms may include but are not limited to: headache, lethargy, skin rash / hives, respiratory symptoms (cough, sore throat). These are temporary and a sign that the supplement is working. However if your body detoxes too quickly at one time it can overload your detox pathways! It’s imperative to lower the amount you are taking for a few days and work your way up slowly to the full dose “LOW & SLOW” — capsules can be opened and mixed into liquid if needed. TIP: We recommend utilizing “split-dosing” when taking the Methyl Multi: take 1-2 capsules twice daily (i.e. 1-2 in AM and 1-2 in PM) with or without food. PLEASE NOTE: Our purity, potency & zero-filler policy means natural variations will occur. Which means the contents inside the capsule will vary in both density and color. You may also see small or large colored specks, these are completely normal and due to natural reactions between the different raw materials; Copper and Iodine as one example. This “speckling” may increase in warmer / humid climates, it’s best to keep the capsules inside the bottle along with the desiccant. Improper storage may cause degradation. Refrigeration is highly recommended and best if used within 6 months of opening. As our company name implies, our supplements contain no fillers, flow agents, excipients, artificial coloring, etc...
