Simply remove a patch from the pouch, peel away the transparent film and apply it to clean, dry skin. The patches are drug-free and can be used with medication. For additional cooling, they may be refrigerated before use. Each box contains 4 single-use soft gel patches measuring 2 x 5.125 inches.

1. Cut open the pouch and remove one cooling gel sheet. 2. Remove the transparent film from the back of the gel sheet and discard. 3. Place the gel sheet on the skin. 4. If desired, cut the gel sheet to a suitable size with scissors. 5. Reseal the pouch to prevent the remaining gel sheets from drying out. 6. Store the product in a cool place, avoiding direct sunlight and high temperature. 7. Use each sheet only once and discard it after use. 8. Keep the product out of the reach of children. 9. Use only as directed. 10. For external use only. 11. Discontinue use and consult a physician immediately if excessive redness, irritation, burning, or discomfort of the skin develops. 12. Do not apply to wounds or to irritated, damaged, sunburned, or very sensitive skin. 13. Do not allow the product to enter or block the nose or mouth. 14. Use only under strict supervision when applied to children, the physically handicapped/disabled, or those who can not apply the product themselves.
