Adults 18 years and over: Mix 1 heaping Tablespoon (15g), in 8 oz of liquid, stir briskly and drink promptly, 1 time daily. If mixture thickens add more liquid and drink. NEW USERS SENSITIVE TO FIBER AND USERS 12-17 years of age: Start with 1/2 serving per day; Gradually increase to 1 serving daily as necessary. As you increasethe fiber in your diet, you may experience changes in bowel habits / minor bloating, as your body adjusts to increased fiber intake. Increasing fiber gradually will allow your body to adapt. Because some fibers absorb water, you should also drink more water as you increase fiber. For Sopport Bowel Regularity and Occasional Constipation: Take 1-2 Serving per day.
