Select a product to estimate shipping.Elastoplast Waterproof XL Fast Healing plasters with advanced healing technology provides optimal moist wound environment to accelerate healing and reduce scarring. For optimal healing results, the plaster should be worn for several days. The waterproof and breathable material of the plaster provides advanced waterproof protection. The wound pad is made of a skin friendly polyurethane material which does not stick to the wound. It allows the absorption of wound fluid to maintain the optimal level of moisture that creates moist environment. The moist environment supports cell growth and tissue regeneration faster, thus accelerating the healing process and reducing the risk of scarring. The strong adhesion ensures that the plaster stays in place for several days.
