Each 30 mL dose contains 50 mg of diphenhydramine HCl and should only be taken when you have enough time to get a full night’s rest (7–8 hours). Ask a doctor before use if you have breathing problems such as chronic bronchitis or emphysema, glaucoma, or difficulty urinating due to prostate enlargement. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if taking sedatives or tranquilizers. When using this product, avoid alcoholic beverages. Stop use and ask a doctor if sleeplessness continues for more than two weeks. If pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, seek medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. Store at or below 25°C (77°F), protect from excessive heat above 40°C (104°F) and from light.

Inactive Ingredients: Alcohol, Citric Acid Anhydrous, FD&C Blue No. 1, FD&C Red No. 40, Flavor, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Polyoxyl 40 Stearate, Propylene Glycol, Purified Water, Saccharin Sodium, Sodium Benzoate, Sodium Citrate.
Directions
Take only one dose (30 mL) per 24 hours, using the provided dose cup. Adults and children 12 years and older: take 30 mL at bedtime if needed or as directed by a doctor. Children under 12 years: do not use. Ensure 7–8 hours of time is available for sleep after taking.
