"Adults and children 12 years of age and over: Tear open pouch when ready to use; the heat wrap is air-activated and starts to warm immediately. Peel away paper to reveal adhesive side. Place rmly on pain area with adhesive at against the skin. Do not fold or bunch as the risk of burn is increased. Do not overlap heat sections. It may take up to 30 minutes to reach therapeutic temperature. Wear up to 8 hours. Do not use for more than 8 hours in a 24-hour period. Discard heat wrap after single use. Do not microwave or attempt to reheat heat wrap. Children under 12 years of age: Consult a physician."
