Meadowsweet (Filipendula Ulmaria) is a perennial, herbaceous plant with a powerful, thick rhizome. The stem is erect, leafy. The leaves are large, with stipules and short petioles, pinnate, green or grayish-felt in color. Flowers are with concave hypanthium, small, white, are collected in very large numbers in a wide-spreading panicle apical inflorescence. The fruit is multi-root; the nuts are naked, sickle-shaped, and spiral-twisted. Meadowsweet blooms in July-August.

Directions
Shake well before use. Take 8-15 drops, two to five times per day or as directed by your practitioner. The best way to use liquid herbal glycerites is to put the suggested amount in a glass of water or juice and drink the entire contents. Glycerites can also be administered directly into the mouth without the assistance of water however some glycerites are unpalatable which is why most people prefer to dilute them into a beverage. Do not take in large amounts or for a long period of time.
